Terms & Conditions

Before starting any trek or tour Alliance Himalaya forward the articles of travelling and trekking documents which must be followed by all the customers. We request all the customers to read carefully all the travel and tour documents and get more knowledge about your travel conditions.


It is compulsory to take travel insurance which covering the possible use of a helicopter in case of accident in the mountains, especially for the trek. Check carefully all the amounts guaranteed under the insurance policy and make sure the contract contains no covenant (especially for insurance provided by credit cards). In the condition if that medical expenses or emergency not covered by the customer’s insurance clients themselves are responsible to pay all the cost. On arrival you should provide the certificate copy of your insurance to Alliance Himalaya.


In developing countries like Nepal, sometimes there are some unexpected events or incidents could happen. In such case, depending on conditions, the agency will try to take steps to resolve such problems ensure your stay in the best conditions, without additional cost. However we are not responsible for conditions like changes in weather conditions, poor state of roads, paths, delays or flight cancellations, overbooking in air transport, roads and hotels, and also change in international currency exchange rates, political problems, strikes, changes in tourism rules of a country, health problems of one or more participants or anything that is outside of our control. Any additional costs (transport, accommodation, food, guides and porters wages …) driven by one of the conditions listed above or any other cause beyond our control should be paid by the customer. Also, there will not be refund in such conditions.


The rates of each excursion and trekking will be communicated by e-mail after your request and cost estimation for trekking/tour/excursion will be provided. We do not charge any fees while providing such information. If for any reasons beyond our control, the length of your tour extended, a tariff surcharge will be performed. Services included and Service not included in the rates will be specified for each circuit.  Our services are priced in US dollars since this is the currency used in commercial transactions in Nepal. You can also pay in Euros if you want. In this case, the exchange rate will be calculated only at the date of payment.


The reservations are made by email. A registration form will be sent that you will return to us specifying all of your details for example your chosen program trek/tour/excursion, your arrival in Kathmandu and your return date, the name of the participants. A confirmation will then send to you by e-mail with the details of all the documents that is required during your stay.



A deposit of 250 Us Dollars per person is required for registering trek or tour. You can send your deposits by bank transfer or by Western Union Money Service. The remaining  balance  will be  taken from you after your arrival in Kathmandu.
In case of cancellation: Informing us over 15 days prior to the scheduled departure date, 50% of your deposit is returned.
In case of cancellation less than 15 days before the departure date, your deposit won’t be returned.
